Sedan & SUV: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Minibus and Sprinters: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Buses & Groups: Cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
50% of the total booking amount will be deducted if cancellations occur within the specified cancellation window.
3. Unusual delays or Mechanical breakdowns
We will not be held liable for safekeeping of any items left in the vehicle. We are not responsible for delays or termination due to severe weather or unsafe road conditions. We will not be held liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed upon date.
4. Changes
No charge for changes; however, the cancellation policy applies.
5. Payments
Accepted payment methods: American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal (online payment option available upon request).
Corporate accounts available on a case-by-case basis.
6. Additional Charges
Gratuity: 15%
Fuel Surcharge: 5%
Meet & Greet: $35.00
Airport Fee: $5.00
Child Seat: $20.00
Holiday Surcharge: $20.00
AM/PM Surcharge (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM): $35.00
7. Pick-up Time Allowance
Non-Airport: 15 minutes
Domestic Flights: 30 minutes
International Flights: 1 hour
Additional time will be charged at an hourly rate of $30 per hour.
8. Deposits
Sedans, SUVs, and Sprinters: 100% authorization in advance is required.
Larger equipment or group bookings: Deposit requirements start at 50%; consult with management for specifics.
9. Resolution Process
All complaints must be emailed to Info@limoallaround.com. A manager will respond within 24 hours on weekdays and on the following Monday if received during the weekend.
10. Vehicle Cleaning Fees
A minimum fee of $250.00 will be charged for any extraordinary interior cleaning required.
11. Guest Policy
No smoking is permitted in the vehicle.
Illegal drugs are not allowed in the vehicle.
Vehicle capacity, as specified by the type and capacity of the vehicle, must not be exceeded. Customers will be liable for extra luggage charges.
LIMOALLAROUND drivers have the right to terminate the contract and service without refund in case of misconduct.
LIMOALLAROUND is not liable for any personal or material damages resulting from misconduct by guests.
No smoking is permitted in the vehicle (repeated for emphasis).
LIMOALLAROUND is not responsible for mechanical issues, inclement weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances that prevent service as scheduled.
If the requested vehicle cannot be provided, a vehicle of equal quality will be supplied.
LIMOALLAROUND reserves the right to adjust rates without notice due to:
Changes in fuel charges.
Destinations outside the immediate service area.
Inclement weather.
Road conditions.
Increases in the number of passengers and/or luggage.
12. Reservation Booking Notice
Notice periods vary based on availability, peak times, and weekends. Generally, a 2-hour notice is required for sedans and 24 hours for larger vehicles.
